Richard T. Frank


Richard T. Frank is an Associate with the Louisville law firm of Goldberg Simpson. His primary areas of practice include Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business and Corporate Law, Probate and Estate Planning.

Mr. Frank earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Frank was with the firm of Marc Yussman & Associates, PLLC, which merged with Goldberg Simpson in April 2002.

Mr. Frank is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky Bar Associations.
