Biography

Lana K. Schroeder is an Associate at Goldberg Simpson, focusing on Family Law. Her practice areas include divorce, child custody, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, and child support. Ms. Schroeder joined the firm after spending three years in Immigration Law. She understands the difficulty today’s parents face balancing work and family. She is passionate about guiding families through the difficulties of divorce or child-related litigation so they can find a balance that works for them.

Ms. Schroeder earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and History from Indiana University – Bloomington and later received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, as well as the Family Law section of the Louisville Bar Association.
