Overview
D. Craig Lamb is an Associate with Goldberg Simpson. His focus includes representing businesses who wish to engage Student Athletes, and advocating for the Student Athletes themselves, by helping to navigate Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreements and negotiations pursuant to the evolving NIL rules and regulations. Mr. Lamb also focuses on commercial and business litigation, general civil litigation, private equity, venture capital, start-up ventures, corporate formations, and complex coverage and compliance matters for various insurance clients.
A graduate of Murray State University, Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government in 2018. While at Murray State, he was selected as the Greek Man of the Year in 2016 and the Student Organization President of the Year in 2017. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and was selected for the Law Review.
Craig is a past board member of the Louisville Innovation Challenge and is also commissioned as a member of The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. When not studying or working, Craig enjoys traveling, exercising, and collecting bourbon.
